This 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo with two balconies and a private hot tub sits within a resort community that boasts a pool, hot tubs, playground and access to the Deschutes River Trail. The condo sits on the second and third floors of the building, giving you stunning views of the Deschutes River as it flows through the canyon. Guests have one covered carport parking spot and plenty of other parking spots directly across from the unit. There is also EV charging in the resort. We have one king bed and 2 queens, in addition to the sofa bed. Two bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and the third bedroom has a door directly into the main bathroom. The main bathroom includes brand new laundry machines for your convenience. Each bedroom offers a unique experience: Bedroom 1 (king size bed) has its own private balcony, a walk-in closet, a jetted bathtub and a separate shower. Bedroom 2 (queen size bed) has it's own door to the balcony and hot tub. Bedroom 3 (queen size bed) has it's own entrance, a microwave, minifridge and coffee pot. This is where you'll find a desk and a window seat. Your private balcony includes a hot tub, a table for 4, and a propane grill. The resort offers a pool (seasonally) and shared hot tubs and bbq grills. Located 25 minutes from Mt. Bachelor, 5 minutes to the dining and shopping in the Old Mill District and access to the River Trail from resort property. We provide a first-morning breakfast of a "just add water" pancake mix and syrup in case you don't get to grocery shop your first evening.
